Portfolio Manager

Key Role:

Work closely with clients to identify users' business requirements. Interpret business needs and translate them into system requirements. Write business specifications and forwards to technical staff for system development. Act as the conduit between a user group and an IT development team. Develop relationships with clients and apply knowledge and trusted advice to interact with senior-level clients directly. Work on a project and financial management and be involved in managing teams and formulating business strategy. Act as a project manager, including guiding the progress of projects while mentoring junior staff in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Forces community
  • Knowledge of mission-specific operational requirements for organizations and disciplines leveraged in locations, including CONUS and OCONUS
  • Ability to provide expertise in advanced consulting and advisory work for C4ISR and the resolution of extremely complex projects and problems
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing 150+ employees and $50M+ contracts
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC), DCGS, and Information Assurance (IA)
  • Ability to lead the assessment and accreditation (A&A) of complex C4ISR architecture
  • MA or MS degree
  • CISSP or PMP Certification
