Apply expertise in an Army client's training policies and a wide variety of programming and management processes, including individual and collective training strategies, Command Training Guidance, Training and Leader Development Panels, and the Standards in Army Training Commission. Analyze the development of and review Army training requirements for Major Subordinate Commands. Develop and analyze resource courses of action and Army Reserve leader decisions for impacts on training and analyze the development of and review Army Reserve training requirements and policies. Conduct staff analysis and make recommendations for USAR implementation and execution of training policies and specific training support requirements for Army Reserve units. Obtain, formulate, and communicate information to support Army decisions in areas involving training resources, coordinate with other Army command clients on a routine basis, and perform other duties, as assigned. Analyze Army Reserve training to complete and update reports, as needed.
