Assist US Army training staff in planning and organizing training for unit training and organize, integrate, and synchronize the sharing of knowledge to facilitate shared understanding across directorates. Prepare, review, and conduct staff coordination for WARNORDs, OPORDs, and FRAGORDs with various directorates. Maintain and update information for the Training Common Operating Picture and significant activity charts and calendars. Use appropriate Army automated systems to track unit training information. Prepare briefings and other required materials as directed.
-8 years of experience with training, including providing training for combat arms, combat support, or combat service support organizations
-Experience in Army training and exercise doctrine, including training rotations and reserve component pre- and post-mobilization training requirements and challenges
-Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and regulations involved in supporting military operations
-Knowledge of military training, doctrine, planning, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and force structure to design exercises that meet doctrinal requirements
-HS diploma or GED
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
-Knowledge of the force management system Website (FMS), combined arms training strategy (CATS), Army training network (ATN), digital training management system (DTMS), and Mission Analysis Readiness Resource Synchronization (MARRS)
-BA or BS degree
