Intelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Extract qualitative and quantitative relationships, including patterns and trends from large amounts of data. Troubleshoot basic problems and recommend appropriate action. Use technology to mine complex, voluminous, and different varieties of data from various sources and platforms to collect, analyze, and compile data to meet client needs. Identify new sources of data and methods to improve collection, analysis, and reporting. Build data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers to monitor and report on data. Improve the quality of data use and usability by driving knowledge and adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions. Work collaboratively with intelligence and data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data that support intelligence products.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with algorithms, data manipulation capabilities and scripting languages, including R, Python, Java Script, AngularJS, Power BI, Splunk, or CSS Bootstraps

-Experience with JEMA, Data Xlporer, Voltron, Attack the Network Tool Suite, FADE/Mist, Machine Shop, or Safe House

-Experience with visualization tools, including Kibana, Cognos, or Tableau

-Experience with dissecting and interpreting large data sets to support real world operations

-Experience with decision tree analysis, mathematical programming, and optimization
-Experience with neural networks, genetic algorithms, and computational methods

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in IT or IS or 6 years of experience with data analytics in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Bayesian and Conjoint analysis

-Experience with segmentation and clustering and test design or design of experiments
-Knowledge of regression, including linear, logistic, multinomial, and censored
