Requirements Lead

Key Role:

Manage large technical and non-technical aspects of program or project management, including budget, resource, and schedule analyses. Balance customer requirements and both internal and third-party resources. Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Work on unusually complex problems and provide solutions that are highly creative. Use independent judgment to accomplish objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with IT project management
  • Experience with providing weekly and monthly project reports, status of procurements, inventory levels, and budgetary metrics
  • Experience with IT hardware architecture, configurations, engineering, and troubleshooting complex network transport and systems issues
  • Knowledge of IT architecture, data base systems, transport systems, builds, network and systems hardware interoperability, and government secure voice and data enterprises
  • Experience with managing complex technical or military projects
  • Knowledge of government contracting methods, funding, procurement processes, asset management, change management, risk management, and governance processes
  • Ability to be a self-starter and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while managing various team members and coordinate large procurements in support of multiple tasks
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • AA or AS degree or 10+ years of experience in IT

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing complex projects and integration with military systems
  • Experience with defining government contract project descriptions and defining and managing multiple contract types, including procurements FFP, CPFF, and T&M
  • Experience in working with military forces
  • Knowledge of the engineering project life cycle, including the challenges of integration and testing
  • Ability to handle multiple conflicting time and project demands and be pre-disposed to action
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • CCNP Certification, CCNA Security Certification, Security + CE Certification, or CIW Site Development Associate Certification
