CLA, THE Career-Building Firm, is recruiting a Shared Services (Central Solutions) Coordinator with experience supporting: business development, consultant/recruitment, consultant scheduling, CRM database maintenance, billing/financial analysis to join our Consulting and Accounting and Solutions team (CAST) practices in the Charlotte office!

Summary

The CAST Shared Services (Central Solutions) Coordinator supports CAST practices across the firm in a variety of functions, depending on the size and maturity of each particular CAST practice. Areas of focus include ensuring that client billing is completed business development support, consultant recruiting/retention support, consultant scheduling support, CRM database maintenance, billing and financial analysis and other areas as they arise.

Work Activities and Accountabilities

Finance Administration: Assists with the preparation of client billing invoices, A/R collections and financial analysis, and assists with revenue forecasting.

Consultant Support: Assists with reconciling and tracking consultant time, expense and status reports review; supports the maintenance of consultant schedule and availability information to maximize utilization of consultants; may assist with executing delegated responsibilities for consultant gatherings.

Client Documents: Prepares engagement letters, assists with client supply chain or vendor manager process, and other client support as needed.

Business Development: Assists with the creation and updating of consultant bios to maintain consistency and relevancy. Creates supporting documentation (for example, consultant skill set matrix) for proposed plans. Edits proposed plans for new opportunities. Updates consultant expertise grids. May assist with executing delegated responsibilities for outside events.

CRM Administration: CRM knowledgeable. Inputs account and contact details. Attends CAST Client Leader meetings to obtain pipeline updates. Runs CRM reports.

Experience, Education, and Certification Requirements

Experience: 3 years of work experience in a related field or industry preferred.

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field is preferred

Certification/ Licenses: None required.
