CLA, THE Career-Building Firm, is recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition advisor with experience recruiting Project Management consultants to join our Consulting and Accounting and Solutions team (CAST) practice in the Charlotte office!
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (Project Management) supports the overall CAST branding and talent acquisition efforts to maintain suitable workforce levels and candidate pipeline levels for the Project Management line of business. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will engage in activities to promote the CAST consulting positions, to use innovative recruiting techniques to identify and attract potential applicants, to participate in the interviewing and selection process, and to record talent acquisition activity in CRM. S/he will attend conference and networking events on behalf of the firm.
Work Activities and Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition Administration: Identifies potential CAST Project Management consultants, using a variety of innovative recruiting techniques to identify potential candidates. Participates in phone and in-person interviews of prospective applicants to effectively screen for competencies required for CLA/CAST client serving employees. Conducts a structured interview for a CAST Project Management role. S/he works with Client Service Team in the candidate selection process. This includes resume review, phone screening, in person interviewing, and comparing structured interview results for applicate selection process. S/he is responsible for timely and accurate recording talent acquisition activities in CRM.
Networking: Successfully represents CAST at selected networking events to increase brand awareness and to attract applicants. Including, but not limited to, attending or serving as a sponsor for Project Management Institute, Scrum Alliance and other Project management related networking events, Business Journal events, Job Seekers group meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, and Workforce Transition and Outplacement Firm events.
This position requires infrequent local travel and may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for consultant visits, training, meetings and/or other business-related purposes.
Experience, Education, and Certification Requirements
Experience: 3 plus years experience with a management consulting firm or as a recruiter for a staffing firm; Project Management/management consulting talent acquisition experience preferred.
Education: Bachelors degree in related field.
