The Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for production support, database analysis and reporting. Ideal candidates will have an aptitude for problem solving and enjoy analyzing situations from multiple dimensions to create the most efficient and effective solution for both the company and our clients.

Job Description:

  • Analyze data to support clients global trade supply chain operations
  • Communicate with clients to provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with Product Management to update team members on product enhancements
  • Work as part of an international team of support analysts
  • Train/Mentor team members on application support and new system functionalities.
  • Study new and changing regulatory requirements and market opportunities that impact client solutions

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and global trade management fields
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently when required with minimal supervision, while at the same time fully participating in the team environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills in a fast paced environment and the ability to make well thought out logical decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related analytical fields
  • Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience


  • C# / .NET Framework coding experience
  • Experience working with cloud based solutions
