Job Summary

Barings Campus Recruiting Team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator.  This position will be located in Charlotte, NC and will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of campus recruiting full life-cycle
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, campus contacts, internal stakeholders and the team
  • Work closely with HR team to create a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to accomplish demand for Summer Intern program goals
  • Connect with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for Summer Intern programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system; provide ad hoc reports on our recruiting efforts
  • Partner with HR team to help communicate and facilitate the on boarding process
  • Maintain detailed documentation on each interview process
  • Help refine our recruiting process and contribute ideas on how we can be more efficient as we scale

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proven talent to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced professional environment
  • Capacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships and network with candidates and internal leadership
  • Flexible self-motivated team player
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize workload
  • Show initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Experience in event planning a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Job requires willingness to travel (25% or greater during peak seasons)
