CLA is adding an Outsourcing Quality Leader to lead quality efforts in our Outsourcing practice. The role will provide thought leadership and drive processes which reduce risk to CLA and add value to clients in outsourcing.Audit and Accounting Accountability includes: ·Responsibility for second review process and oversight of Authorized Signer Pools for clients within specific industries/sub-industries and communicates results to engagement teams. ·Performing technical consultations as requested, prepares and delivers in-house and external training materials. ·Responsibility for Outsourcing engagement acceptance process and works with engagement teams as needed in planning phase of engagements as needed. ·Overseeing all Outsourcing Service line annual inspections and works with the firm National Assurance resources to report results. ·Responsibility for technical on boarding and training of Outsourcing acquisitions
An ideal candidate cultivates knowledge of the firm's Outsourcing philosophy, policies, procedures, and practices; be conversant with its financial and related reporting, its letters relating to policy matters, and its opinions on financial matters.
They will have the ability to develop and deliver training on technical and industry matters. Keep current with Firm and State Board CPE compliance requirements. Continuously develop and expand knowledge and expertise, including technology, continuous improvement and efficiency activities, through learning opportunities: on-the-job, in the classroom, and through professional literature and associations.
