How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial:
The Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Product Marketing Team specifically supporting the Shield Annuities suite of products and programs. This individual will lead the creation, development, and maintenance of marketing materials and content for third party advisors and consumers, both digital and print. The Marketing Coordinator will lead and partner on projects from conception through completion via collaboration with team members across the Marketing department. Partnering with Product, Distribution, Legal and Compliance, and internal marketing departments, is required to deliver projects on-time and with accuracy. Content and materials will be both print and digital including but not limited to: sales materials, email communications, and web content including product calculators and tools. This individual will be responsible for the campaign strategy and implementation, as well as the monitoring and tracking of key metrics to analyze and evaluate the performance of content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop product marketing collateral and digital content for third party advisors and consumers
• Collaborate with Product, Legal and Compliance, and Distribution partners in creating effective and accurate product content
• Monitor and track against key metrics and partner with the analytics team to analyze and evaluate the performance of content and campaigns in order to report out insights and results to senior leadership.
• Partner with the creative services, user experience, and direct-to-advisor teams to facilitate content creation and implementation
• Lead project manager on product launches, marketing plans, and campaigns
• Create meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related discipline preferred
• 5-7 years relevant business experience
• Must currently hold FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 or the ability to obtain
• Knowledge of financial services industry, products, services, and sales culture preferred
• Project management skills; requiring strong cross-functional team facilitation, attention to detail, and leadership
• Strong communication, collaboration, copywriting, proofreading, organizational & analytical skills
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude
