As a Coordinator within the Partner Operations Team at Credit Karma, you will be responsible for helping a portfolio of Partners achieve business value and foster greater adoption of Credit Karma Products. This person will resolve any technical issues, as well as help to streamline communication to scale our operational practices to ensure our 100+ million members see the best and most accurate offers available. *Banking services provided by MVB Bank, Inc., Member FDIC What Will You Do:
    • Learn and master the contractual and regulatory compliance rules applicable to our Credit Card Partners
    • Ensure that Product and Marketing assets within the Credit Karma Platform are accurate and adhere to the contractual and regulatory compliance rules
    • Compliance: Review Product and Marketing assets, including editorial articles and email campaigns prior to launch
    • Data Entry: Assist the team by moving our Credit Card data from one internal tool into another, maintaining accuracy for all data facts during the migration
Our Ideal Candidate:
    • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities and balance multiple deadlines
    • Accountable, creative, and team-focused individual
    • Beginner skills with Excel, JIRA, and Sketch
    • Collaborate with the partner and pricing operations teams out in SF bay area, as well as with the editorial team in Charlotte; ability to communicate effectively across remote/global
    • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and thoughtfully develop and implement recommended solutions to complex problems
    • Cross-functional influencer with level-headed temperament and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions
    • Comfortable with ambiguity - strong proactive communication and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
