- The specialist will cover shift work from Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 7 A.M. - 12:00 noon.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening mail and processing check deposits through the lockbox system.
- These duties include data entry using alpha and 10-key along with various administrative duties as required.
- The candidate will also monitor and assign workflow duties as necessary to ensure proper workload distribution.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of 10 key
- Data entry, and balancing principles
- Knowledge of banking operations and lockbox systems
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
