Working within an Agile framework toimplement business technology changes
Document Management/workflowprocessing, including experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) andNLP (Natural Language Processing) solutions
Workflow management, including createprocess efficiencies, documenting business requirements, and testing solutions.
Create and execute test cases fordocument management and workflow initiatives
Collaborate with business partners tounderstand their business need
Document process flows andrequirements, attend daily scrum calls, document and execute acceptance tests
Coordinate with developers and otherteam members to implement business vision.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing a masters degree in businessadministration, management information systems, business analytics, or relatedfield.
Technology focused work or class experience,focusing on end user needs, ideally experience with Document Managementsoftware (OCR, NLP)
Analyticalskills, solid communication skills (phone, webex, in-person, email)
Experiencewith digital products, process re-design
