How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial:
This position is responsible for managing the Revenue Clinic meeting process and providing support to the distribution organization in an effort to drive wholesaler productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day to day process for small scale advisor training and educations meetings
  • Field and track all advisor facing training and education event requests and monitor for firm policy compliance and completeness
  • Coordinate all home office aspects of training and education events including scheduling internal speakers and continuing education
  • Work with firm relationship management to obtain necessary approvals for each meeting request
  • Use Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to target event attendees based on geographic location, sales cycle, firm sales, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing department to keep the event invitations fresh
  • Partner with other departments develop ROI and activity reports post-event
  • Report all post event details by deadline to firm regulatory system
  • Remain in compliance with company policy during all projects
  • Work closely with the Event Planning team as needed in support large scale events
  • Provide updates to necessary stakeholders regarding project/process status
  • Aid in the implementation of new or revised procedures, processes, and/or initiatives
  • Seek and identify ways to continually refine processes to ensure resource and cost effectiveness
  • Routine maintenance of team SharePoint site documents and lead site cleanup initiatives
  • Assist with other small or ad hoc projects and business initiatives as needed

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing projects and process improvement implementation
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to work independently and take high level direction to complete assignments
  • Recognized as a team player who routinely shares knowledge and information with others
  • Strong work ethic and ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills
