Digital Project Manager - Charlotte, NC

U.S. Bank is hiring aDigital Project Manager in New York City or Charlotte. This individual willreport to the Chief Digital Executive and is responsible for managing workforcedemand and capacity aligned to Chief Digital Office (CDO) strategy. Otherresponsibilities include:

  • Deep understanding of CDO resource capacity and demand aligning to digital transformation of our Corporate and Commercial Bank
  • Invent and deliver new, imaginative client and relationship banker digital products, experiences, and capabilities
  • Management of shared resources across all lines of business
  • Implementation of Agile Product Framework by individual resource alignment within the model for product/team/scrum alignment
  • Develop and maintain consistent report and analytics to communicate progress against digital transformation for Leadership team awareness and actions when applicable
  • Role works closely with executive level management within Corporate and Commercial Bank as well as Chief Digital Office

The ideal candidatehas background in Corporate and Commercial banking, delivery of digitalproducts and experiences, project management and a knowledge and understandingof Agile.  Previous experience conceptualizing critical reporting elementsto drive transparency and control. Creating compelling views into businessdynamics. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, is inventive, has strongcommunication skills and the ability to build relationships withsenior/executive leaders within the CDO.

Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
- Two or more years of managerial experience Preferred Skills:
  • Experience leading projects in digital organizations
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the Agile
  • Self-directed, with strong organizational skills and ability to drive tactical initiatives forward
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communications skills verbal, written and presentational
  • Ability to conceptualize critical reporting elements to drive transparency and control. Creating compelling views into business dynamics
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI skills
