If you are someone who truly makes a difference through leadership development please consider this role. Our Leadership Development Director works with the Culture & Engagement team and leaders across the firm to identify and develop appropriate cultural and leadership development initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will continually work with leaders to understand culture experience in his/her group and to build themes to develop action plans that empower leaders to build upon existing strengths and develop new ones, provide individual and team coaching with a focus on culture and leadership and understand the CLA culture experienced across the various matrices of the firm by continually collecting and evaluating feedback.

Key deliverables:

  • Understand the CLA culture experience through continually collecting and evaluating employee feedback and engaging in dialogue with leaders across the firm. Feedback is collected through employee engagement surveys, town halls, listening sessions, and other methods. The Leadership Development Director works with leaders to build themes, analyze and assimilate the feedback to sustain strong cultural experiences and turn it into actionable change where appropriate.
  • Identify the practices, approaches, and strategies leaders around the firm are using to effectively build a strong CLA culture. Celebrate successes and share these as a way to motivate and encourage other leaders to experience similar successes.
  • Provide individual or team coaching to elevate application and impact of training. The Leadership Development Director will follow up to allow leaders to implement what they have learned in a practical, personal team level. Provide individual or cohort coaching on leadership topics specific to the team. Topics may include team building, conflict management, effective communication, and employee appreciation, using input to optimize internal communication and organizational culture

Requirements are 10+ years of experience, with over 5 years of leadership experience

Education: bachelors degree
