Vice President, O&T Market Enablement
The VP, O&T Market Enablement will report to the SVP, O&T Market Enablement. The O&T Market Enablement organization is responsible for the architecture, design, scope, and planning of the foundational technology stack platform that will support deployment of new capabilities into relevant markets. This team will work across all parts of the company including Product, Strategic Program Management, Delivery, and Market Deployment, among others to deliver on their goals. The primary objective of this team will be to ensure the appropriate technology capabilities are in place to support various market readiness scenarios. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership, communication, change management and organizing skills while being able to manage the breadth and depth of various technology related challenges and opportunities.
•Lead a team of Technical Program Managers and Strategic Program Managers
•Manage the Program costs and make recommendations to Executive Management and Business Owners on how to reprioritize / optimize the Portfolio Backlog of work efforts and technology assets.
•Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and financial forecasts (annual and quarterly) within and across all impacted Programs to drive a clear picture of level of effort and financial needs.
•Define, measure, and highlight critical KPI's and key leading indicators to demonstrate the progress of the Program across the defined relevant phases.
•Manage Program governance across compliance, audit, security, and risk processes in partnership with Business and O&T partners.
•Work with Strategic Program Owners and Business Owners to align and prioritize a Market Readiness Program Roadmap (compilation of the Business, Product, and Technology roadmaps) and identify solutions to support future business opportunities.
•Lead and develop a high performing market enablement team, which includes goal/objective setting, appraising personal performance against organizational, guild, and Program goals, supporting team members in their respective career aspirations while achieving enterprise objectives, and seeking ways to enhance the collective groups' team effectiveness.

•Strong knowledge and experience in the payments industry and associated technologies.
•Ability to coach and mentor; demonstrated experience leading global employees, bringing new capabilities to market, improving operations, and effectively driving change management.
•Expertise in the areas of strategy, planning, technology, and portfolio and project management required.
•Strong business leadership, technology acumen, and an ability to influence at all levels.
•High degree of independent leadership, critical thinking, effective communications, individual and team accountability, statistical analysis, and high-performing teamwork skills.
•The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while being flexible and able to handle rapidly-changing scenarios; someone who sees 'ambiguity' as an opportunity rather than a hurdle.
•University degree, MS/MBA preferred
•Program management experience in the financial services industry ideally working for a consulting company or for a leading financial services institution
•Experience in partnering effectively with third party providers
•Experience and proficiency with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, NoSQL databases), microservice design, near real-time, scalable fault tolerant platform design, API design, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model
•Experience with XP, TDD and BDD in the software development processes
•Extensive experience delivering technical programs
•Proven track record of data driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
•Comprehensive experience in agile delivery methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.) and CI/CD
