Senior Project Manager
Seeking a highly motivated and independent Senior Project Manager responsible for driving projects and objectives for the DML (Digital, Marketing Business Services & Loyalty) business unit. The incumbent will report into the Business Management & Operations function which is responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and communications of the DML organization.
This role will partner closely with senior leaders and assist in driving initiatives that align to the overall DML culture transformation. Primarily this role supports this organization's leaders and runs this organization day to day. This role includes strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends, building staffing plans, annual budget planning), operations (e.g. running the cadence of the organization including staff meetings, off-sites, financials, recruiting/staffing, leadership actions/follow-ups, key performance indicators), communications (e.g. communications to our organization and upward to leadership) and project management for ad-hoc projects.
In this role you will partner with the respective senior leader in DML in below capacities:
•Partner with Admin to facilitate time and travel management
•Organize and prepare materials, speaker notes, and Q&A responses for key meetings
•Prioritize & Prepare meeting follow ups
•Prepare for and lead weekly staff meetings (agenda and facilitation)
•Assess Ad hoc requests from the leadership team, define proper course of action based on impact to DML or individual organization. Delegate when appropriate to BM&O colleagues, DML Leadership and/or Extended Leadership Team to execute.
•Manage Kanban Board for leadership team (Driving current deliverables)
•Task completion, prioritization and project management around ad hoc requests from those supporting.
Strategic Planning & Alignment
•Lead Prep/Follow up for customer & executive reviews and briefings
•Drive strategic initiatives and discrete projects
•Drive communications (Confluence Pages, MCCentral, blogs, emails, DOMO reporting) that are aligned with O&T messaging and DMLs vision, mission & culture and Leadership Principles.
•Drive objectives through continuous improvement, raising insights, and specific metrics to develop corrective action if needed
•Attend meetings on behalf of Miller leadership team members that role is supporting. Senior Vice President and/or Vice President.
•Stay in tune to the 'buzz' of the org and raise up concerns or action plans as a result
Hiring & Management
•Lead the onboarding of new hires (contractors and Full Time Employees)
•Take actions to ensure organization alignment to DML operating model
•Partner with SPM to design, implement, and monitor key performance metrics including diversity goals, staffing targets, cross functional requirements
•Develop ad hoc trainings for employees/contractors
•Monitoring and Tracking against Program and DML financial management discussions (Program level budgets, T&E, etc.)

•Organize and prepare materials, speaker notes, and Q&A responses for speaking engagements, including key meetings, all hands, all staff meeting, and external conferences
•Attend meetings on behalf of executive and act as representative when required
•Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
•Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
•Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
•Skilled at explaining ambiguous problems succinctly and clearly
•Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently
