Product Owner - Privileged Account Management

Overview
The Employee Identity and Access Management Program (EIAM) is responsible to provide for services to support internal staff physical and logical access to MasterCard systems and applications. One of the EIAM teams is the Privileged Account Management team (PAM). This team is responsible for the technology delivery of privileged account management. Privileged accounts include credentials that have entitlements or attributes that require heightened supervision. This position is be the Product Owner of this team.

Role:

* Lead the EIAM Privileged Account Management team. Lead resources in engineering, tech ops, biz ops, and other required teams.

* Manage the product road map and associated themes, initiatives, features, stories, and tasks.

* Manage the delivery schedule.

* Stand up new PAM technology platform such as CyberArk and Hashicorp.

* Serve as primary accountable person for new projects and program health for Privileged Access Management products

* Working knowledge and experience with managing project teams in an Agile environment

Manage project life cycle from inception to delivery in an Agile framework environment across multiple teams

* Manage day-to-day project team efforts by setting incremental prioritization for multiple project teams, and ensuring success of these features

* Serve as technical and business liaison to other teams and groups both within the department and externally to other departments

* Serve as primary point of contact and communication for both internal and external management discussions and presentations

* Understand management of budgetary controls of multiple projects with outside vendor(s)

* Coordinate planning and activities with other teams and groups according to their feature intake policies and procedures

This is an individual contributor role with matrix leadership responsibilities.

* Experience in Privileged Account Management practices and systems

* Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and project delivery.

• Strong leadership, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.

• Must possess strong oral and written communications skills and be effective in interpersonal communication.
