The business offer both brokerage and physical services to agricultural clients, however are actively searching for a managerial candidate to oversee their commercial hedging business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to expand their managerial skills and drive a team, whilst still receiving rewards from their own sales efforts.
- You will be a team leader in this position. Manage a team of 8-10 brokers, offering necessary managerial support and coaching the team into generating revenue off of their clients.
- Service a range of commercial agricultural clients across both the East and West (US)
- Offer full brokerage services, including risk management & hedging advisory, bushel programs, OTC and more
- Competitive salary and an attractive performance system
- At least 10 years experience in the agricultural commercial space, specifically dealing with brokerage services to commercial clients
- Preferably with managerial experience, or with the confidence and skillset to manage individuals targets and drive them to success
- Series 3 License
- Significant knowledge and experience of the US softs/ags markets
- A commercially mind, entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Must be happy to be based in Minneapolis
