Senior Compliance Analyst - AWM Compliance Program
Job Description

The Senior Compliance Analyst is key contributor to the Compliance Program Management group and is responsible for key management reporting, regulatory and other special project work, department activity/town hall support and other ad hoc assignments.
This is a critical position that supports many aspects of the Compliance program and works with leaders across the department to facilitate achieving department goals and objectives.


  • Develop, implement and / or support various elements of management reporting, such as board reporting, key risk indicator reports, annual and quarterly Compliance reports, and other ad hoc senior management reports.
  • Project management and project support across the AWM / RVS Compliance department, such as regulatory projects, field presentations, and AML projects.
  • Assist various teams across Compliance with special projects, analysis or day to day work, such as policy analysis and intake, risk assessments, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Support department events and activities such as town halls and employee engagement events.
  • Other ad hoc assignments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (4 years)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish relationships and work with different teams and leaders across the department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Independent thinker and problem solver.
  • Project management skills or aptitude.
  • Ability to navigate the organization to identify / collaborate with business partners.
  • Ability to lead across and comfortable with leading up to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical reporting skills or aptitude
  • Power BI knowledge / experience or aptitude to quickly develop it
  • Compliance experience
