Administrative Assistant
Our well-established Financial Advisory team of Ameriprise Financial is looking to hire the right individual to help service and grow our thriving financial advisory practice. The ideal individual has strong ethics, confidence in their abilities, good communication skills, and is willing to learn and grow. The immediate responsibility of this role is to provide key support for the lead financial advisor, while learning how to provide exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client and/or office correspondence for Advisor signature/approval
  • Calendar Management (schedule client appointments, manage travel plans, etc.)
  • Aid in preparing and printing necessary meeting materials (client and non-client meetings)
  • Assist with adherence to Compliance requirements within the practice
  • Answering client calls, emails and requests as allowed based on regulatory rules
  • Office management (i.e. supply fulfillment, greeting clients, mail/package delivery and receipt, etc.)
  • Marketing Coordination
  • Set up and maintain Client Management System
  • Document client interactions
  • Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the Franchise Owner

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree or higher
  • 2+ years of similar experience preferred but not necessary
  • Hours - starting at 30 hours per week and growing to 40 based on desire and growth within the role
  • Primarily in-office with flexibility for hybrid work from home
