The future challenge for Listed Derivatives is to continue to meet and exceed increased business and client demands.

- Client Onboarding : Process includes Commissions maintenance and Interest setups
- Documentation of Standard Give Up Agreements : This requires diligence, accuracy and good relationship management skills. Give up agreements must be in place prior to trading. As a result this is one of the first opportunities that Ops have to engage with the client. Liaison between the Sales traders, Marketing team and Counterparty brokers to quickly resolve outstanding items is a large part of the role.
- Documentation of LME Give Up Agreements : These agreements have a urgent deadlines on them and as a result require additional focus
- Trade flow support : Adding Give Up references to existing accounts, arranging for new accounts, and problem solving when accounts aren?t visible in Vista. Large deals sometimes need to be booked in time to meet market deadlines & this part of the role can be time pressured and client sensitive
