The Marketing Specialist role will help to implementmarketing and communication projects in support of the firm's key strategicinitiatives and business goals. In addition this individual will support globalbrand awareness, client acquisition, client and employee engagement. Thisindividual role will work cooperatively with internal resources to supportactivities. The role will be part of the global marketing team based in the US.

What You Will Do:

  • Plans and executes go-to-market strategies insupport of BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions, inclusive of Eagleproducts. Plan and track activities and maintain a marketing budget

  • Is responsible for helping to manage the Dataand Analytics Solutions brand, and oversee the production of promotionalmaterials (largely digital), marketing through media channels, and managingvendor relationships to support marketing endeavors related to key initiatives

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to buildawareness and generate leads

  • Execute marketing automation initiatives andmeasure analytics

  • Supports social media activities

  • Support marketing events where Eagle is hostingor participating in industry events

  • Captures analytics and metrics around workbeing delivered, analyzes results and adjust proper action

  • Represents the company at meetings withinternal and external stakeholders/ clients

  • Work in an Agile environment

The Experience You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience

  • Superior organizational skills

  • Ability to lead ad-hoc groups to achieveobjectives

  • B2B marketing experience, including accountbased marketing activities

  • Proven track record in the marketing of complexglobal brands and supporting the sales process

  • Knowledge of financial services technology ispreferred

  • Experience in investment management industry isa plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office softwareproducts

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud preferred

  • Exceptional written and oral skills

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, English orrelated field

Supports marketing and communication tasks in support of the firm's key strategic initiatives and business goals in addition to day-to-day support of brand awareness, client acquisition, client and employee engagement. Strong writing and communications skills. Works cooperatively with internal resources to support activities. Seeks technical guidance, as needed. Is tasked with moderately complex projects related to marketing and communication efforts. Establishes good working relationships with internal teams. Demonstrates working knowledge of industry/segment trends, market climates and competitive activities. Adheres to policies and procedures and is familiar with company practices. Takes responsibility for actions Manages a small or specialized team of professionals or multiple teams, including coaching, performance management and resource allocation. T Submits expenses.

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of work experience required 3-5 years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred
