As a team member you will support the Strategy and Analytics team, working closely with the Director of Enterprise Strategy and Analytics to evolve and optimize our data and data pipeline architecture.

In addition to supporting the Strategy and Analytics team, you will also work closely with a team of developers on data initiatives, confirming optimal data and model architecture is consistent.

Paramount to the candidates day to day responsibilities will be ensuring a high degree of data integrity.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  • Solve complex business problems using analytics technologies
  • Analyze current system applications, compile business requirements, develop test scripts & testing plan and add content for the creation of documentation
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of pipeline infrastructure
  • Maintain integrity of data for team
  • Support the Strategy and Analytics team to assist with data-related technical issues and data infrastructure needs
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
  • Work towards becoming a machine learning expert


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university with working knowledge of topics such as statistics, econometrics, machine learning, operations research, decision science, and cloud computing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to business people potentially including C-level executives
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of other databases/date-sources
  • Google BigQuery
  • Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
