Job Description
Who we are looking for
The Global Technology team seeks an experienced Vice President level Organizational Change Management Lead to drive consistent organizational change management activities in support of the Chief Technology Office transformation efforts working collaboratively with the organization tower leads. You will partner with project teams, process owners, and SMEs to
  • Develop and implement the organizational change management strategy utilizing best practices and industry standard frameworks
  • Ensure seamless execution of organizational change management related activities across the CTO organization by applying methodologies, communication planning, training solutions, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses
  • Provide organization change management coaching and guidance within the CTO organization

What you will be responsible for
As the Organizational Change Management Lead you will:
  • Provide alignment to CTO org structure to support strategic goals and objectives
    • Understand the new experience for managers and employees
    • Identify stakeholder groups, determine change impacts and assess their readiness for change
    • Ensure key stakeholders share a common vision and visibly support the change
    • Create executive level reporting and presentations for business reviews and roadshows
  • Craft and cascade change story , execute stakeholder engagement and conduct pulse checks
    • Employee Engagement and Culture: Ensure employees are well-informed and can easily access the tools they need to do their jobs, grow their careers that make State Street an employer-of-choice
    • Organizational Change and Announcements: Develop and distribute communications to inform and engage leaders and employees in the change
    • Content Management: Develop content communications and agenda / materials for town halls and open mics and make it easy for employees to navigate and find information
  • Monitor progress of implementation and value capture
    • Talent Management and Training / Development Needs: Provide training to address skills and capabilities required to support changes, and embed ongoing development / training as part of employee experience
    • Assess effectiveness to enhance communications and training strategies

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree beneficial
  • 15 years technology leadership experience, preferably at least 5 years of experience in a complex, financial services corporate setting
  • Minimum 7+ years of change management experience
  • Demonstrated success leading large scale, cross-functional, global change management or transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of portfolio management, business initiative prioritization as well as program and project management disciplines and methodologies
