Scope of Position:
The North American (NA) Continuity Services Regional Head is the senior lead accountable for the Continuity Program, Compliance, and Risk Controls across the North American region. Additionally, the individual is accountable for the Global Incident Management (IM) team. The role reports into the Global Head of Continuity and Incident Management and based on the incident management component, may require non-traditional working hours. This individual will interface closely with, and provide influence to, senior and executive leadership at corporate, business unit, and regional levels. The role also requires effective and respected relationships with senior levels at regulators, clients and industry peers. The role is at a Managing Director level and will have management oversight of Regional Continuity staff.
The NA Continuity Services Regional Head will provide strategic direction and oversight regarding the continued evolution of the regional program both in relation to the unique regional needs but also in alignment with the global program. The NA Regional Head will also manage strategic initiatives that span the business lines and regions, maintaining alignment with Corporate Strategy and the Global Continuity Programs Strategic Plan, endorsed by the Executive Continuity Steering Committee.
