The GTS Head of Software Quality Assurance Transformation will be a key leader to ensure standard quality practices and processes are followed while leading a large scale transformational initiative. This senior role requires a candidate who has significant experience and proven success in leading large and complex IT organizations and has a track record of implementing innovation successfully, such as Agile, Cloud and DevOps. The leader would oversee the team that conducts end-to-end testing on applications, platforms and all areas of technology as well as developing the testing framework and policies. He/she has a strong ability to communicate and collaborate across IT and Business divisions effectively to achieve strategic objectives. The senior manager has significant operational experience in software development, including Agile and leading offshore vendors and employees globally. This role will work closely with business leaders in Global Technology Services to ensure that solutions are effective and deliver a balanced solution against the overall business strategy.
