Procurement Tools Manager - Procurement & Sourcing (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Quincy, Massachusetts): Will leverage an in-depth understanding of all Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality, Box, SharePoint, and other tools as required. This position is responsible for staying up to date on functionality issues, the availability of any fixes and enhancements, as well as suggesting internal systems configuration changes. Specific duties of the position include: s upport global implementation of Oracle EBS; d eploying new functionality and new modules, troubleshooting problems, managing upgrades, outside system integrations and testing; develop business solutions and drive communications between business and IT to implement solutions; creating functional specification MD50 documentation and utilizing understanding of MD70's and MD120's documentation; audit remediation management and support; performing procurement supplier integrations, like Staples, WB Mason, American Express; experience of Oracle Forms, Reports and Interfaces, conducting fit/gap/manual analysis; defining master data needs and assisting with master creation and updates; utilizing deep knowledge of Oracle iProcurement suite of modules, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise edition analytics tool, and contingent workforce solutions such as Beeline in the performance of assigned job duties; analyzes applications for compliance with security and regulatory requirements; and providing leadership and managing direct and indirect team members, utilizing and performing: sharePoint and Workflow tools used by Procurement; metrics gathering for analysis; oracle Business intelligence tools; oracle supplier onboarding processes and standards; and TPRM book of record interface.
Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related technical field; and 7 years of experience in a related role; OR Master's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related technical field; and 3 years of experience in a related role.
Must have: subject Matter Expert of Oracle Advanced Procurement suite of modules, AP, GL. Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise edition (OBIEE) analytics tool, Perfect Commerce, SharePoint and Tableau; experience in global implementation of Oracle EBS in replacement of SUN and other finance platforms; demonstrated prior success working with cross-functional global resources; proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests to ensure timely response to the users; strong ability to interpret business and functional requirements to develop strategic planning for Procurement tools/applications; proven solid ability with Beeline (contingent workforce solutions); demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Rec to Pay process; strong in SQL, Reports, Forms personalization & customization, XML, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions); experience with scripting and macro development; work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required; and ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
