This role will support the Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Bridge Team in the onboarding of new clients to the ETF Global Platform in North America (NA). There will be exposure to back, middle and front office platforms as well as the ETF ecosystem as a whole. The responsibilities include maintaining a client project list across NA, developing project status decks across all workstreams, developing and executing project plans, and running weekly conference calls with the client. This role includes a high level of interaction with the client on a regular basis.
This role would include continuous learning and contributing to the improvement of the ETF Bridge Team project management process with respect to onboarding new clients to the ETF Global Platform in the back office space. As an owner of an ETF client onboarding project you would be responsible to deliver to a client on a weekly basis the detailed project plan, status deck with timeline, organizational chart, and executive summary as well as run a weekly check-in status call for 30 minutes.Posted 9 Days AgoFull timeR-628170
