Who we are looking for
On a daily basis, the coordinator will work with Sr. Level Engineers supporting the systems and applications to identify existing issues and work to resolve, while improving availability and resiliency. The coordinator will document issues and tasks while coordinating with various teams to develop next steps, timelines and resources to resolve the issues resulting in improved performance and availability of the systems and applications. Update Service Now with appropriate responses and track to ensure issues are updated promptly.
On an as needed basis, will work with Sr. Engineers to collect requirements, engage with vendor partners to receive quotes and service requests. Submit requests for financial approval track and be proactive on renewal contracts for services and maintenance.
In collaboration with Cyber Security, Audit and Compliance teams collect relevant documents, procedures and evidence to support requested data. Respond and manage privilege access validations from internal and external users What you will be responsible for

- Manage software, hardware maintenance and license renewals
- Manage and track hardware, software purchases and ensure CMDB inventory is accurate
- Working with vendor/suppliers coordinate the collection of audit data and delivery to requests
- Track ongoing incident and problem tasks deliverable driving to timely resolution
- Track and resolve privileged access violation reporting
