Job Summary:

As part of the newly established IT Resiliency PMO Program, a new Portfolio Lead role needs to be established. This role will provide the Workstream PMs the necessary Program oversight and guidance regarding Risks, Data & Documentation and Tools Management (Clarity/CAPPM, ATRACK, st+ etc).

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include establishing and education of Risks, Data & Documentation and Tools Management (Clarity/CAPPM, ATRACK, st+ etc) controls and procedures for the PM teams to work within the IT Resiliency Program.

  • Lead at the Portfolio level for the Identity/Foundational functional Workstream and its sub streams
  • Lead at the Portfolio level for the Protect functional Workstream and its sub streams
  • Lead at the Portfolio level for the Detect functional Workstream and its sub streams
  • Lead at the Portfolio level for the Recover/Restore functional Workstream and its sub streams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 - 15 years' experience managing IT projects operating in a matrix environment
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong facilitation and related soft skills
  • Experienced in dealing with distributed resource teams
  • Collaborative, team first attitude - shares expertise with colleagues and others; offers mentoring and guidance to team
  • Knowledge of Compute, Network and Storage infrastructure in enterprise environment a plus
