IT Transformation Commutations Change Management Analyst

Our Global End-User Digital Experience team is leading a journey to transform and modernize the technology and productivity tools that underlie everyone's work and collaboration. We seek a candidate to support the end-user engagement and organizational change management critical to success in these initiatives by driving adoption and awareness through communication, collaboration, and marketing. The role includes facilitating and creating end-user communications, training documentation, and overall communication tactics as well as participating in direct engagement with our user population and piloting leading-edge technology.
The successful team member will be self-motivated, organized, diligent, energetic, engaging, and able to think critically and creatively while adapting to various situations.
Responsibilities: • Contribute to overall strategy for end-user adoption and awareness • Improve employee digital experience across our global organization by maximizing engagement and supporting adoption • Develop and maintain communications and documentation, including mass emails, newsletters, internal social media posts, flyers, etc., and training / user guides • Maintain and enhance our intranet community page (SharePoint Online and Yammer) • Meet with global business areas to ensure technology is understood and actions are taken to increase adoption • Work with 3rd party vendors on IT change management initiatives • Plan and organize in-person and virtual end-user events on new technology • Participate and facilitate pilots for new tools / features
Core Strengths: • Excellent business-facing written, verbal, and presentation skills including public speaking • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 productivity tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with communications and collaboration tools, including Zoom, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint Online, etc. • Technical administrative experience is not required • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new approaches and tools, identify required information or/and independently research as needed • Critical thinking and creativity • 5+ years' experience in enterprise change management, preferably technology and financial services
