The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the industry and Corporate Action functions, consistently display professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills; analyze customer processing models and provide suggestions on creating improvements that lead to efficiencies while reducing risk to both the client and State Street. Provides customers with complete, timely and accurate responses to inquiries with the mindset of introducing and employing self service modeling. Establish good working partnership relationships with your client(s) counterparts, understand their challenges and provide solutions.
