The Business Onboarding and Transitions team (BOaT) is seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual to join a growing team dedicated to the support and onboarding of new accounts within Global Operations. This Associate 2 position will be integral to the successful completion of Asset Manager Onboarding set-ups as well as fostering key relationships with our internal and external customer base. The core responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Initiating State Street system updates in support of new accounts, closing accounts, MySS Set-Ups, Compliance Documentation at State Street.
  • Assisting with completing assigned daily work and inquiries from the group email box.
  • Working closely with internal teams during the onboarding process confirming requirements and addressing their inquiries.
  • Requesting various onboarding set-ups from a new Investment Manager perspective and working with the Client Deliver Management teams to obtain all the necessary information.
  • Become familiar with various internal systems to carry out the required tasks for our internal and external customers.
  • Handling and running daily/weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree (Bachelors degree or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus.
  • Knowledge of State Street systems such as Multi Currency Horizon (MCH), Security Access Manager, Global Reference System, Automated Work Flow (AFW) and My.Statestreet.com is helpful.
  • Excellent communications skills with confidence to interact with multiple levels of management.
  • Desire and ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
