The Identity and Access Management Program is seeking a detail oriented Assistant Vice President with an in depth understanding of State Streets Identity and Access Management Policy and Controls as well as knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles in general. The AVP will be responsible for a broad range of Identity and Access Management Governance functions such as preparation of governance meeting material, facilitation of meetings, coordination of controls attestation by ISOs, compilation of Key Risk Indicator Reporting and creation and distribution of Control Status Reporting to executive management. The selected candidate will manage the SailPoint Birthright Change Management process. The AVP may also be assigned to manage project work streams related to additional controls including requirements gathering, implementation planning and rollout. The AVP may also serve as functional lead of ongoing IAM Governance Functions including training and oversight of staff, monitoring and escalation of issues and resource planning.

The ideal candidate has a CIS or IAM certification with 2-3 years of CIS and/or IAM related experience. He/she as experience leading projects including supervising and directing more junior team members. He/she have a passion for technology, excellent problem solving skills, has a positive attitude and has the ability to thrive in a dynamic business and technical environment. He/she is resourceful and can figure it out. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with business and technology team members at all levels of the organization. The candidate is a team play who makes those around him/her better at their jobs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of IAM Governance meetings including preparation meeting material and facilitation of meetings
  • Manage various controls attestation by ISOs
  • Compile and distribute Control Status Reporting for executive management.
  • Manage creation of biweekly and ad hoc IAM Program KRI Reporting
  • Oversee SailPoint Birthright Change Management process
  • Lead project work streams related to new/existing controls including leading status meetings with business and technology participants
  • Serve as functional lead of ongoing IAM Governance Functions including training and oversight of staff, monitoring and escalation of issues and resource planning.
  • Define and continuously improve the processes applied to the activities performed
  • Champion and support adoption of SailPoint and other IAM related tools and technology
  • Assist IAM managing director with managing the daily activities of the Program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related technical and/or business field required
  • Two-three years of relevant IAM or CIS experience
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and create a sense of urgency for others
  • Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM platforms is a plus
  • Understanding of Corporate and industry Identity and Access Management principles and practices
  • IAM or CIS certification strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates commitment to developing self Advanced understanding of MS applications with focus on data analysis (Excel), process flow (Visio) Projects planning (Project) and presentations (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
