Capgemini is looking for a project manager with experience in managing Salesforce projects.
Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilities
Manage Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project
Develop, review and approve project plan(s) and scope; ensure all facets of the project deliverables are met
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Identify and manage project risk
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Review the status reports of team members and address issues as appropriate
Minimum 8 years experience in IT industry dealing with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
At least have a minimum 2 years of Salesforce project management experience
Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 - 5 Salesforce implementations
Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
Proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
Experience working within an established PMO process
Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors
Experience managing 3rd party support vendors /General Projects/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management
Pre-sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutions
Strong teamwork ethic is essential
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Minimum 7 years experience, Bachelors Degree.
Certification: Should have SE level 2 and seeking level 3.
Should be master in Package Configuration.
Must have experience in Architecture Knowledge, Testing and Vendor Management.
Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
