Responsible for completing transactions related to processing assignments in accordance with regulatory guidelines for various trigger events during the servicing lifecycle as well as lien releases by coordinating with internal business partners such as Default Support, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Subordinations, Legal, Recovery, High Risk and external partners such as Default Counsel in all 50 states, Investors and Third-party Vendors. Acts as a functional expert for these tasks and is the primary trainer accordingly. completes escalated or rush transactions by interfacing with attorneys, vendors, and other third parties. Education and Experience
Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts to determine variance in payments and reasons for shortages and surpluses in escrow accounts. Ability to use logical thinking research anticipated and actual disbursements/credits from/to escrow.Work Environment
