The VP, National Sales is the front lineface of the LenderLive organization and responsible for managing industryrelationships in an effort to deliver the sale of all LenderLive productswithin assigned markets. VP will own theoverall sourcing of the full sales process and relationship and will deliveragainst the financial and strategic objectives outlined forLenderLive/Computershare Loan Services. Opportunities will be generated around multiple products and services
Source and close large transformationaldeals
Achieve revenue goals associated with theassigned LenderLive sales goal
Effectively work with all CLS Sales LOBscross selling all CLS products and services
Other duties or tasks as assigned bymanagement.
Excellent communications and interpersonalskills coupled with strong negotiation skills
Ability to build, or further develop, a strongand respected relationship with management and staff
Demonstrated ability to develop creativesolutions to meet business needs
Ability to translate business requirementsinto solution deliverables

5 years related experience selling to themortgage banking industry
It is expected that this position may includetravel up to 50% of the time. This issubject to change based on many factors, including business needs.
Ability to read/analyse/interpret businessperiodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov. regulations; writereports/business correspondence; effectively present information/respond toquestions from managers/clients/customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts suchas discounts, interest, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebraand geometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data,establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practicalproblems and work with a variety of variables.
