A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
Responsibilities include coordinating the activities related to the boarding and service release of
loans for multiple investors. Coordinate Loan Transfers communications via email with other
servicers, investors, SLS business units and Asset Conversion.
Manage the workflow of the Post Close for performance & accuracy. Supporting both the retail and wholesale channels staffing accordingly to handle peak times of the day/month when volume is high
Manage reports to track performance for both completeness and accuracy of the Post Close department. Audit reports to make sure all necessary documents are received from the client and communicate with the client any discrepancies that may exist between what was listed as sent and what was actually received
Be self-sufficient in day to day responsibilities
Communicate with internal and external Clients on a professional level
Assist Senior Management with daily updates, performance and challenges
Ability to troubleshoot or solve problems
Have an understanding of the internal programs related to the different areas (BPM, OPUS and SRT)
Understand the functionality of each of the internal and external Clients
As required, assist in the development, solution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects that impact the QC team
Analyze the current processes to constantly improve and provide overall efficiencies
Work with investor and internal business owners to address escalations and clear conditions as needed.
Responsible for delivering on order level performance across all lines of business
Responsible for continuous process improvement and thought leadership surrounding the distribution of volumes and the clients who we service.
Take action on escalations and review any trends or training opportunities and assist in corrective action when required.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or two years of related experience; and one year of related experience and/or management; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
5+ years of mortgage processing, closing and/or operations experience
3+ years of managerial or administrative experience
Experience working in a paperless environment

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry experience
Ability to read/analyze/interpret journals/financial reports/legal documents; respond to inquiries/complaints from customers/reg. agencies/ community; write speeches/articles for publication; present info to top mgmt/public groups/ boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane, and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
