The Head of Origination Services, CLS-US willbe the individual responsible for all CLS-US business lines related to loanorigination and for overseeing the long-term strategy for profitable revenuegeneration across those business lines. He/She will work closely with the CLS-US President of Servicing &Capital Markets to develop a US Loan Services business that is optimallybalanced between loan origination and servicing. Specifically, the Head ofOrigination Services, CLS-US will be responsible for the following functions:
Non-QM loan origination and fulfillmentservices
The Head of Origination Services, CLS-US isaccountable for driving integration and alignment between all loan originationrevenue related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support,pricing, and revenue management. His/Herrole will be to align and optimize origination-related products and serviceswith the strategic aim of increasing revenue. The Head of Origination Services,CLS-US should expect to participate actively in strategic and business unitplanning to develop reasonable and thorough revenue projections for annualbudgets and multi-year projections.
He/She must embody the values ofComputershare, set the right tone at the top, foster a culture of integritythroughout Computershare and meet the highest of ethical standards.
Overall profit and loss account and managementresponsibility for origination businesses including:
Development of the servicing recapture loanbrokerage/origination business such that CLS-US profitably recaptures anacceptable percentage of servicing run-off.
Expansion of the outsourced loan fulfillmentbusiness (fka Lender Live and CRS) to target scale and profitability.
Creatively manage and deliver products throughthe Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC).
Develop Non-QM loan origination andfulfillment services to generate fee income, acquire non-QM servicing anddevelop broad non-QM investor relationships.
Manage co-issue servicing acquisition withincredit and capital guidelines while enhancing client service and technologysolutions.
Grow the pipeline hedging and loan salesbusiness.
Augment the CLS-US origination-relatedbusiness offerings with strategic partnerships and acquisitions as applicable.
Cultivate a strong, performance driven productspecific team through mentoring, training, and motivation of existing staff andrecruitment of external expertise as appropriate;
Derive metrics to measure and compensate salesteam and subordinates;
Ensure the alignment with grouppolicies/objectives/systems, cost discipline;
Act as direct liaison with the US seniormanagement team and the CLS US Steering Committee, to ensure alignment oforigination revenue activities with the strategic priorities for CLS-US;
Partner with the CLS US senior management teamto define differentiated offerings, go-to-market strategies, cross-sellopportunities and predictable achievement of financial metrics;
Create a standard outreach for current andfuture clients and coordinate implementation across sales channels, clientmanagement, marketing, and communications;
Develop brand positioning that articulate thesolutions and products portfolio, corporate brand message and valuedifferentiators to customers, peers, teams, prospects, and partners;
Craft sales & marketing strategies, inconjunction with Business Development, to maximize revenue potential fromexisting and prospective customers;
Develop pricing strategies to ensure productprices reflect perceived market value to the extent that they generate thehighest return;
Develop sales strategies and tactics andstrive to sell product to the most valuable segment of the market with a goalto generate the most revenue possible;
Oversee advertising/marketing effectiveness sothat expenses for marketing and promotion activities are revisited and refinedconsistently to generate the highest ROI;
Ensure all channels of distribution areconsistently evaluated and refined to identify and develop channels that offerthe most profitable means of distribution;
Implement predictable, repeatable, andscalable sales and marketing processes using data analytics, and manage aconsistent pipeline and forecasting methodology;
Prospect, manage and maintain key clientrelationships/accounts and must win deals;
Maintain good relationships with industryregulators
