A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

The Customer Resolution Specialist is a keyrole in our organization accountable for engaging the shareholders of ourclients; delivering first-class customer service to some of the worlds bestknown brands.  Our Specialists resolvecomplex issues related to shareholders accounts and transactions, ensuring thehighest levels of customer service, building shareholder confidence with eachinteraction, and creating brand ambassadors for Computershare and our clients.Serves as a subject matter expert in areas related to shareholder inquiries inorder to efficiently resolve shareholder issues.   

PrimaryAccountabilities

  • Work with vendors to clear Title and identify curative items.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptable and flexible with change.
  • Organized and detailed, able to learn new processes with ease.
  • Ability to maintain professional independence while working closely with business units.
  • Ability to learn federal and state laws and compliance requirements related to loan servicing
  • Knowledge of loan modification waterfalls, short sales, and deed in lieu workout options.
  • Knowledge of general bankruptcy and foreclosure practices
  • Must possess strong analytical/critical thinking skills and have the ability to suggest ways to minimizecompliance risk
  • Able to work under daily and monthly deadline
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned bymanagement.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, anindividual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Educationand Experience

  • Notary preferred
  • Deed in lieu experience. 2 - 3 years preferred.
  • Title experience. 2 - 3 years preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED required. Collegedegree preferred; or six months to one year related experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to speak and hear on a telephonesystem is a requirement and essential function.

  • Experience in financial services software andMS Office preferred.

LanguageAbility

Ability to read/comprehend simpleinstructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence;effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization

MathematicalAbility

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbersand to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money andweight measurement, volume, and distance.
