A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

A Mass Issuance Coordinator within the Special IssuanceGroup works in a deadline-driven environment where tasks need to be completedtimely with high quality and reliability. There are specific service level standards related to the review andprocessing of client issuance files received for share allocation within theUnit.  Failure to complete these clientfiles timely and accurately could result in a financial loss to theorganization and/or the client..

Primary Accountabilities

  • Monitoring, tracking andconfirmation of incoming client issuance files

  • Validation and uploading of clientfiles utilizing intermediary Excel skills

  • Create and run Excel macros againstclient files

  • Provide support during internal andexternal audits of the department

  • Continuous partnership withComputershare's internal Technology Group, Client Services and other internalcontacts to ensure 100% accurate and timely delivery of services

  • Ensure that the required legaldocumentation and/or client authorization has been obtained prior to issuanceof shares to shareholders

  • Research and resolve any out ofbalance conditions with the Reconciliation Team

  • Complete required internal trainingand compliance classes timely

  • Escalate complex inquires as neededper documented procedures

  • Required to work overtime and assiston other functions or departments during peak volumes to assist in meeting ourclients service level agreements

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned bymanagement

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Required:

  • Intermediate Excel skills, whichwould include the ability to create and execute macros

  • Good communication and interpersonalskills

  • Attention to detail with good timemanagement skills

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a  two-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability

Ability toread/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; writesimple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/smallgroup situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Mathematical Ability

Ability toadd and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and100's.  Ability to perform theseoperations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, anddistance.
