A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

Responsible for reducing risk in several areas in REO.The Asset Management Coordinator II (AMCII) will be on point with receiving REOasset referrals from Client on a daily basis. AMC II will be required to managehigh touch clients to identify issues regarding maintenance, repairs,utilities, registration and upkeep of managed properties including reviews ofweekly and monthly property inspections.

PrimaryAccountabilities

  • Oversee Computershare Mortgage Solutions (CMS)new referrals, inactivation and hold requests from CMS Clients, reviews 3rdparty inspections and weekly agent inspections. Work closing with businesspartners as well as asset management team to ensure asset condition ismaintained throughout the disposition process. Maintain and clear REO sharedemail and voicemail received directing notices to correct department orbusiness partner.

  • Provide team support in management of clientaccount including BPO and document order/review, invoice review, HOA,registration and claims.

  • Maintain daily reports to ensure CPSmanagement that portfolio goals are maintaining correct movement.

  • Provide team support in management to ensuretimely orders update tasks through workflow management and ensure timelycompletion by assigned vendor

  • Assist team with ad-hoc requirements such asdocument sourcing for audits; updating system data; ordering and verifyingupdated winterizations, Handles incoming mail and monitor SAM escalation emailbox and other projects as needed

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned bymanagement.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Required:
  • Proficient knowledge and skill with MicrosoftWord, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to communicate both orally and inwriting

  • Effective time management and organizationalskills

  • Self motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • General real estate knowledge

Educationand Experience

  • Education High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED)

  • 1-3 years of fulltime work experience
Preferred:
  • 1-3 years of mortgage servicing, assetmanagement, title or real estate or administrative experience

LanguageAbility

Ability to read/comprehend simpleinstructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence;effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization

MathematicalAbility

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and dividein all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bargraphs.
