A ROLE YOUWILL LOVE

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful individual withexcellent communication skills and a positive attitude to join our team.Candidates should be able to assist the company by: handling office tasks;tracking/monitoring the status of client contracts through their life cycle;creating and editing reports; providing polite and professional assistance viaphone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence inthe workplace. In addition, the individual will assist a small group of salesexecutives by: managing travel arrangements and submitting expense reports.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Developing and editing client-facing sales presentations, investor decks and related collateral in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
  • Generating client contracts and tracking the status from the initial phase through negotiation to contract execution
  • Entering and updating relevant data into client enterprise management (CRM) system

Handling key office tasks including:

  • Filing and organizing rooms for meetings

  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Greeting and assisting visitors.

  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

  • Transcribe minutes from meetings

Fora small group of sales executives:

  • Makingtravel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel andrestaurant reservations

  • Collectingand submitting expense reports and out-of-pocket reimbursements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Bachelor'sdegree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two yearsrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

Required:

  • Experience supporting multiple executives 
  • Ability to proofread, research, and edit contractual documents 
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual, proactive, resourceful, adaptable

LanguageAbility

Abilityto read/analyze/interpret business periodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov.regulations; write reports/business correspondence/procedure manuals;effectively present information/respond to questions frommanagers/clients/customers/public.

MathematicalAbility

Abilityto work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference,fundamentals of plane, and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability toapply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions topractical situations.
