Systems Analyst Systems Analyst (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Burlington, Massachusetts): will provide operational support for clients using the Charles River platform and work closely with clients to provide expert level remote management, administration, and support for Charles River Investment Management Systems ("IMS") software solutions as part of Charles River SaaS operations and SaaS Strategy. Specific duties of the position include: Working closely with clients, provide application administration and support for client production Charles River IMS solutions, including: User administration/privileges; Configuration and testing of software changes and operational processes; Interface/integration configuration, testing, and support; system availability; Performance troubleshooting; Charles River IMS and database software patches; and Charles River IMS version upgrades; perform migration of changes and problem resolutions to production environments; developing, refining, enhancing, and improving the Charles River IMS software system; providing technical assistance in optimal use of the Charles River IMS software system including user administration and privileges, parameter configuration changes, system availability, application and database performance tuning, daily operational processing monitoring and support, and Charles River IMS software patches and version upgrades; assisting with problem support and resolution and providing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery assistance for the Charles River IMS software system; and working with vendors as partners to deliver a tightly integrated, seamless service to Charles River clients.

Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; and 5 years of experience in financial technology managing and supporting mission critical production software applications.

Must have: Demonstrated experience with SQL and MS SQL Server; experience with servers and networks including LINUX and Windows Server; experience with MySQL and Oracle databases; and demonstrated experience with securities or trading software and applications.
