Summary:

The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the global CRD Marketing colleagues and key stakeholders to determine and implement effective go-to-market strategies, with an emphasis on digital campaigns, social media and industry and bespoke events. The role will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads, retain current clients and enhance awareness in the Americas and globally. This hands-on role requires a strategic approach and tactical execution. The Marketing Manager also supports essential processes for global marketing campaign planning and execution, inbound and outbound lead generation, lead follow up, campaign tracking, sales enablement, client/prospect outreach, and the capture and reporting of key marketing metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and track global and regional marketing campaigns as assigned, including email, social media, webinars, events, etc.
  • Support all facets of assigned event marketing activities, including participation in industry trade shows, global and regional client conferences, and bespoke events such as seminars
  • Perform ongoing analysis and tracking of significant competitors in the marketplace to help inform marketing and sales activities
  • Manage and monitor demand generation programs and related activities utilizing CRM, marketing automation, and other online platforms
  • Track and report the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns and prospecting activities
  • Perform other marketing support as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a marketing or business field preferred
  • 5-15 years of experience working in a marketing role, preferably in technology and/or financial services
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); database marketing or database experience a plus
  • Experience using and/or administering Salesforce.com or other CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ACT!, Goldmine)
  • Experience with email delivery or marketing automation platform (e.g., Pardot/MarketingCloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Act-On)
  • Experience with social media, SEO, PPC, online advertising a plus
  • Accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail while working to deadlines and in managing large volumes of data
  • Flexibility and organizational skills in managing dynamic priorities and multiple simultaneous projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
