Vice President of Marketing Experian Data Quality

Job Summary:

Were a fast-paced and results-oriented traditional and product marketing team and we are looking for a leader who will be responsible for developing and communicating the EDQ vision, brand and solution. You must be adept at translating complex technical concepts that can be easily consumed by colleagues, industry analysts and customers alike. You must be a data-driven growth-oriented team leader with practical experience across all marketing and product marketing functions (but not constrained by traditional marketing concepts or thinking). You anticipate market trends, be the expert on our solutions and buyer personas and guide our solution strategy through the next phase of growth. This position requires someone with a track record of articulating a vision to numerous personas, a passion for consumer engagement across all channels, a firm grasp of current digital strategies, proven leadership skills and experience gained in a B2B software environment.

Responsibilities:
Build and mentor an organization capable of driving initiatives across the company. Recruit, develop, coach and counsel a strong solution marketing team made up of education subject matter experts and software product marketers. Develop team accountabilities and performance expectations
You and your team will be required to be unmatched experts in market dynamics being able to anticipate market trends, customer needs and the required strategy to grow our market position. Develop competitive intelligence, threat assessment, actionable insight and associated tactical recommendations
Conducts research and analyzes data on product positioning, pricing and revenue, competitor products and services, and market trends to identify relevant solution bundles
Package our solutions. Responsibility for how our products are packaged, launched and promoted as solutions that resonate with target buyer personas
Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and operational plans to capture the opportunity including product, GTM strategies, and business model
Tracks product performance, assesses contribution to company revenue and market position, and recommends product or marketing modifications to maximize value and increase product penetration
Oversee the creation of high-level multi-channel marketing campaigns, multi-channel advertising, customer life-cycle, as they relate to brand recognition, revenue growth, visual identity, marketing strategy and financial goals
Work collaboratively across the organization to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing efforts and promotional campaigns for various products, programs and services
Oversight of multiple marketing functions: Content, Product Marketing, Digital, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Event Planning and Business Development
Know our customers, their pain points and their success stories and translate these into better content and campaigns with trackable improvements
Work directly with Product Management to ensure all product roadmaps and functionality is utilized fully by the sales organization
Develop sales enablement content (playbooks, scripts, product presentations, etc.) and provide guidance to the sales enablement team to ensure our sales teams have what they need in order to execute sales plays in the market
Be the industry expert and visible presence in the market for EDQ solutions that positively influence our Sales, Partner, Customer and Analyst communities

Qualifications:


BA/BS
At least 10+ years combined of progressive hands-on experience digital marketing,
demand generation, Product Marketing, value proposition development and GTM enablement in a B2B environment
Able to demonstrate repeated experience of creating business plans which have resulted in growth and achievement of revenues and goals
Ability to make difficult decisions and deliver positive results. Understands the complex relationship between the organization and its environment (e.g. competitive weaknesses and developments in technologies), identifies connections, adopts different perspectives and quickly responds to changing circumstances in a strategic way to actively shape the future
Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
Strong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teams
Experience in data-driven marketing strategy, planning, budget allocation and
organizational alignment
Understand marketing measurement analysis, delivery by using web analytics,marketing, and sales data to drive strategic decisions
Extended experience with SalesForce, SalesForce reporting, and its data objects
Highly adaptable and flexible with an ability to change direction as needed possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and successfully bring about organizational change
Ability to effectively interact with, and relate to people at all levels of the business; must be able to move and influence a group, moving teams into a common vision and direction
Experience in SaaS Data Quality software is highly desirable

Qualifications:


BA/BS

Experience supporting, collaborating with and influencing executive management
Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnels to drive lead quantity
and quality
Experience in data-driven marketing strategy, planning, budget allocation and
organizational alignment
Understand marketing measurement analysis, delivery by using web analytics,
marketing, and sales data to drive strategic decisions
Expert level experience with Marketing Automation (Eloqua a plus) in campaign
execution and system integrations
Extended experience with SalesForce, SalesForce reporting, and its data objects
Highly adaptable and flexible with an ability to change direction as needed
possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and successfully bring
about organizational change
Ability to effectively interact with, and relate to people at all levels of the
business; must be able to move and influence a group, moving teams into
a common vision and direction
Experience in SaaS Data Quality software is highly desirable
