Basic Purpose:





The dynamic, collaborative and teamwork environment of the Corporate Tax Department will allow for the International Tax Analyst to contribute and develop cross-functional skills in all areas of corporate tax with a primary focus on international taxation. Reporting to the International Tax Manager, the position will be involved with all aspects of international tax accounting, compliance and research.  This individual will also support all other tax team members in special assignments and projects as needed or assigned.





Primary Responsibilities:





  • Prepare foreign income tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, and footnote disclosures for US consolidated financials and local statutory financials

  • Prepare US international tax forms (Forms 926, 1118, 5471, 8621, 8858, 8865, etc.), required disclosures and various related work papers

  • Coordinate and prepare schedules for outside providers for the preparation of foreign tax returns (corporate income tax, value added tax, etc.)

  • Maintain and monitor foreign tax documentation and compliance calendar

  • Research tax issues for compliance reporting and draft memoranda to support and document conclusions

  • Monitor current and proposed, US and foreign tax law changes to determine global impact

  • Assist in analysis and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:





  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master of Accounting or Tax preferred

  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional corporate income tax experience in public or private industry

  • International tax experience highly preferred

  • Basic knowledge of U.S. international tax rules, including the calculations of Subpart F income, Earnings and Profits, and Foreign Tax Credits

  • Strong MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel,Word and Powerpoint

  • CorpTax experience is strongly preferred
